The Event
5K Run & Walk. The wheelchair division will start at 7:55 a.m.; all other divisions
will start promptly at 8:00 a.m.
The Course
The 5K race is on a flat-and-fast course (net 28 feet variation in elevation)
within Five-Mile Dam Park and the Blanco Vista neighborhood.
Entry Fee
Pre-registration: $20.00
Late registration (race day): $25.00
Current students at Texas State University - San Marcos (with student ID)
receive a $3.00 discount.

Online registration will be closed at midnight on Wednesday;
however, you will be able to register at the race.
Awards
The top 3 male and female finishers in each age division and the male and
female wheelchair winners will receive awards as follows: 1st place, a turkey;
2nd place, a ham; and 3rd place, a pie. The overall male and female winners
and the male and female Masters winners will receive a turkey and an award.
The awards presentation will be at 9:30 a.m.
T-Shirts
Entries received by Saturday, are guaranteed a "Thankful Turkey 5K"
T-shirt in the requested size. Shirts and/or requested sizes may not be available
for entries received after that date or on race day.
Divisions
17 and under, 18-27, 28-37, 38-47, 48-57, 58-67, 68 and over, and wheelchair.
Packet Pick-Up
Race packets may be picked up on race day only at the registration area,
beginning at 7:00 a.m.
